Environmental instruments and systems company OSIL (Ocean Scientific International Ltd.), officially opened their new premises, Culkin House, on Friday 14th December 2007. The ceremony took place at the company’s new offices in Havant, Hampshire, and was performed in the presence of guest of honour Dr. Fred Culkin, after whom the building is named.
